Training Room

  • Capacity: Up to 25 People
  • Whiteboard: 4' x 8' Mobile
  • Wi-Fi: Free
  • TV: 65" 4K, HDMI and Display Port 

Please specify boardroom, classroom, theatre, or other layout upon booking.

Conference Rooms A & B

  • Capacity: Up to 6 People
  • Whiteboard: 4' x 8' Magnetic Glass
  • Wi-Fi: Free

 


Fees

Training Room

Members: $10/Hour

Non-Members (Standard): $40/Hour

Non-Members (NonProfit*): $20/Hour

Conference Rooms A & B

Members: First 10 Hours per Month Free, Hours 11+ are $5/Hour

Non-Members (Standard): $15/Hour

Non-Members (NonProfit*): $10/Hour

 

All Booking After 8PM & Sat/Sun: $20/Hour Staffing Fee. (Requires prior approval.)

*Nonprofits can receive up to 2 free hours of space per month. Nonprofits include 501(c)3s, government organizations, social organizations and clubs. Start Fort Wayne has discretion to determine eligibility for the nonprofit rate.


Training Room

  • 2 week notice: Full Refund
  • 1-2 week notice: 50% Refund
  • 0-1 week notice: No Refund

Cancellation Policy

 


Coffee is available with a full-carafe (~24 cups) at $28 and half-carafe (~12 cups) at $15; including cream and sugar.

Other catering options are available with prior notice. Alcohol may be sold for a $50 permit fee with 5 business days notice.

Rental of additional public spaces of Atrium are available, but will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact Atrium for more information.

Consider setup and teardown times when booking room start and end times.

Rooms should be left in the condition in which they started. Renters are responsible for any damage to walls, floors, furniture, or equipment.

There is no smoking, vaping, or other tobacco consumption at Atrium. Per city ordinance, guests must smoke outdoors 20+ feet from public doorways.

Start Fort Wayne, Inc. reserves the right to deny usage to any organization or entity.
